Description
Plexus is hiring a Manufacturing Test Engineer to develop and sustain test and inspection programs for one or more manufacturing test platforms. The role reviews process indicators, supports troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, leads equipment calibration and preventative maintenance, develops test acceptance and validation programs, and provides training for operators and technicians. The position requires hands-on experience with AOI, AXI, Flying Probe, and ICT programs and fixtures, along with intermediate electrical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. An associate’s degree with at least two years of related experience is preferred, and the annual salary range is $46,200 to $69,200.
