The Testing Systems Development Engineer III owns end-to-end delivery of rig capabilities or testing methods, including requirements, design reviews, builds, commissioning, certification, documentation, training, and operator competence. The role also leads root-cause analysis, retrofits, re-qualification, supplier testing, safety reviews, and continuous improvement while mentoring engineers and collaborating across laboratories. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, 4–7 years of rig or method development experience, and Six Sigma certification, with a base salary of $92,300 to $115,400 and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
