Description
Etched is hiring a Test Technical Program Manager to own manufacturing test development and execution for transformer-specific AI systems across prototype, EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production. The role partners with hardware, firmware, software, validation, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams; coordinates test hardware, fixtures, automation, and infrastructure; manages contract-manufacturer and FATP deployments; tracks readiness, throughput, capacity, coverage, and factory deployment; leads yield and failure analysis; and supports international manufacturing partner travel. The position is based in San Jose and requires at least seven years of hardware test engineering experience, including transition into technical program management.
