Description
The Test Technician will test products using power meters, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers; diagnose faults and guide rework; support testing-system establishment and maintenance; provide verification support to engineers; train production-line operators; document testing results; analyze test data; improve testing protocols; and maintain health and safety compliance. The role requires a college degree or above in optics, semiconductors, electronics, or a related field, at least three years of similar testing and fault-diagnosis experience, proficiency with Excel, Word, and PPT, basic English and technical-documentation skills, knowledge of statistical analysis tools, and familiarity with basic testing equipment.
