Description
The role tests precision electronic instruments and sensors against engineering specifications and Manufacturing Assembly Procedure instructions, using standard test equipment, vacuum chambers, leak detectors, oscilloscopes, and DVMs. Responsibilities include functional testing, verifying product conformance, troubleshooting systems, recording test results, and maintaining unit histories. The position requires mechanical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills, cleanroom awareness, and experience with circuit boards, electrical equipment, measuring devices, and hand tools; a high school diploma or GED with 3–6 years of relevant experience or an associate degree with 0–2 years of relevant experience is listed.
