Description
Arc is hiring a full-time Test Engineer to work from its Los Angeles manufacturing facility. The role involves planning prototype tests, fabricating fixtures and test stands, diagnosing prototype boats, building instrumented test setups, maintaining test assets, and conducting bench and field tests. Candidates need at least three years of test or product-development manufacturing experience, familiarity with test instrumentation and data acquisition, mechanical tooling experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 25% and perform physically demanding work. The base pay is $41–$46 per hour, with equity grants and semi-annual bonuses.
