Description
Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is hiring a Test Technician in Simsbury, Connecticut, to support dynamic, electrical, and functional testing of aerospace and defense electronic components. The role involves setting up and executing environmental and vibration, shock, and acceleration tests; operating and troubleshooting electronic instrumentation; preparing test articles and fixtures; generating test records; supporting calibration and laboratory readiness; and assisting with test method development and root-cause investigations. The position reports to the Test Production Supervisor, follows a first-shift 9–80 schedule, and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of relevant electronics or aerospace testing experience, and ESD-controlled-environment experience.
