Description

The Development Technician supports engine testing operations under the direction of the Test team lead by fitting engines to test stands, assembling instrumentation, conducting performance and functional tests, diagnosing issues, maintaining test data and documentation, building and calibrating test rigs, commissioning workshop equipment, and providing technical support during flight tests. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, practical problem-solving, communication, adaptability, teamwork, workshop health and safety awareness, and IT skills for documentation.
