Molex is hiring a Test Technician in El Salto, Jalisco to validate and execute functional and performance tests on fiber-optic components, provide floor-based technical support to production lines, diagnose equipment and process failures, and plan preventive and corrective maintenance for specialized test and laboratory equipment. The role requires a technical career or engineering background, manufacturing engineering support experience, maintenance and root-cause analysis experience, general electronics knowledge, and the ability to read English technical documents at A1 level.
