Renesas Electronics is hiring a Module Engineering Technician in Tempe, Arizona to support Product, Test, and Application Engineers on new product introduction for advanced power modules. The role involves collecting characterization and validation data, building test fixtures and cabling, reworking PCBs, debugging bench test setups, managing sample logistics, performing electrical and thermal measurements, and maintaining organized engineering workspaces. The position requires semiconductor or module engineering experience, strong soldering and cable-building skills, schematic-reading ability, and comfort with bench-scale thermal chambers and thermal imaging equipment.
