Description
The Equipment Maintenance Technician will maintain and verify laser and ultrafast laser tester functionality, minimize downtime, perform device verification and tester conversions, support new setups and GRR activities, track spare parts, and maintain ISO-compliant maintenance records. The role also involves coordinating with automation and process engineering teams, supporting yield improvement, working overtime when needed, and passing unfinished tasks to the incoming shift. Candidates should have a relevant diploma, experience with tester configuration, troubleshooting, debugging, and verification, and familiarity with high-mix, high-volume manufacturing.
