Description
The Equipment Maintenance Technician will maintain and verify laser and ultrafast laser tester functionality, minimize downtime, perform device verification and tester conversions, support new setups and GRR activities, track spare parts, and maintain ISO-compliant records. The role requires a diploma in a relevant engineering or manufacturing field, experience with tester configuration, troubleshooting, debugging, and verification, and familiarity with high-mix, high-volume manufacturing. The position also involves overtime, safety, KPI achievement, shift handover, and collaboration with automation and process engineering teams.
