Description
The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, General Counsel, and other senior management. Responsibilities include coordinating Board meetings, travel, schedules, confidential information, complex correspondence, legal documents, records, telephone calls, expense reports, and special projects. The role requires an associate’s degree, seven to ten years of progressively responsible experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader. It is a hybrid position with three onsite days and two work-from-home days, with occasional travel of no more than 10 percent.
