Description
Eaton is hiring a Tester Engineer (Automation) to support the design, development, fabrication, validation, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production test equipment for EOLTs and download stations. The role includes software development for HMI and PLC controls, equipment procurement and supplier coordination, machine evaluation and run-offs, manufacturing plant support, and project management. Candidates need an engineering degree or related field, 3–5 years of manufacturing-process experience, strong electrical and instrumentation knowledge, drive-programming expertise, and experience with welding processes and Fanuc robots. The position requires some travel and the ability to work in a matrixed environment.
