Molex is hiring a Testing & Validation Manager in Grand Blanc, Michigan, to lead environmental EV/DV/PV validation and testing activities for automotive vehicle applications. The role oversees EMC, certification, homologation, prototype, and R&D testing; coordinates suppliers, external labs, and certification bodies; manages validation failures and root-cause analysis; develops testing documentation and processes; and trains and mentors team members. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or related engineering, at least three years of experience leading reports or managing cross-functional validation projects, and hands-on laboratory testing experience.
