Baker Hughes is seeking a Testing Control Engineer to join their Industrial & Energy Technology Business Segment. The role involves executing mechanical running tests on Gas Turbine test benches, supervising test rig preparations, and managing commissioning and startup phases. Responsibilities include interacting with engineering and manufacturing departments, analyzing scope of work and troubleshooting issues, acting as a customer entry point, and collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma in Electric/Electronics/Automation, possess technical experience in software management and control systems, demonstrate knowledge of Gas Turbine control system architecture, and have experience in Gas Turbine operations, maintenance, or site installations.
