Eaton is hiring an ATE/FCT Hardware Test Engineer to design and develop automated test hardware platforms and test benches for UPS systems and PCBA boards using NI LabVIEW and TestStand. The role involves ATE and FCT verification with R&D and QE teams, test-bench debugging, fixture design, BOM preparation, test-specification evaluation, SQL Server operations, and implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, five years of experience, knowledge of ATE, FCT, ICT, and test fixtures, and experience with LabVIEW, VB, and Python.
