Description
The role performs testing-engineering work supporting product design integrity, new project introduction, manufacturing migration, and product release. Responsibilities include daily cell quality management, new- and migration-project cell setup, FBS Kaizen, troubleshooting, SOP development, operator training, and coaching. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of technical experience, English fluency, SPC and DOE familiarity, strong troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of electronic components, MCU interfaces, and related technologies.
