Description
The role performs testing-engineering work to support product design integrity, manufacturability, and new-product introduction through SHIFU, CPD, EVT, or migration to SHIFU manufacturing. Responsibilities include daily cell quality, setup, FBS kaizen, troubleshooting, SOP development, operator training, and coaching. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of technical experience, English fluency, SPC and DOE familiarity, strong troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of electronic components, MCU interfaces, and related technologies.
