Description
The Test Engineer leads software and application testing to ensure systems meet specifications and client requirements. Responsibilities include preparing test plans and test cases, advising project and business teams, setting up test environments, executing tests, analyzing defects, preparing reports, supporting UAT and OSAT, recommending automated testing tools, and coordinating testing activities. The role requires at least two years of IT or testing experience, a relevant diploma or degree, knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, and strong communication and customer-focused skills.
