Description
The Investment Banking Analyst supports clients in raising capital in the capital markets and provides strategic advisory services for mergers and acquisitions and other financial transactions. The role partners with senior Banking, Capital Markets & Advisory professionals, prepares valuation materials and financial research, builds complex financial models, analyzes financial data, and supports client proposals and live deals. It is a full-time position requiring 0–2 years of relevant experience, Series 79 and 63 licenses, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
