The role manages testing programs, external facilities and grower contracts, data collection and quality, stakeholder collaboration, and pipeline advancement, requiring a BSc. in Plant Breeding, Crop Science or a related field, at least five years of experience, agronomic and data-analysis skills, and a Category B driving license. The minimum gross monthly salary is 920,000 HUF, with variable performance-based pay and benefits including medical services, insurance, home-office or hybrid support, and a company car.
