Description
The Testing Specialist will develop, administer, validate, and maintain selection and promotion assessments for MTA employees, including written, practical, physical, computer, and interview-based tests. The role also conducts job analyses, analyzes test statistics, maintains testing records, and collaborates with business units, Labor, Legal, Diversity, and the Talent Assessment Senior Manager to improve hiring and promotion processes. The position is based at MTA Headquarters in Jamaica, New York, is full-time, and offers one day of telework per week.
