Starbucks is hiring a Testing Specialist for its Support Center Coffeehouse and Learning Lab. The role prepares and serves food and beverage products, supports product, process, and experience testing, captures customer and operational feedback, evaluates new concepts, and contributes to continuous improvement. Candidates should have retail, hospitality, operations, quality assurance, testing, research, or similar experience; prior barista experience is preferred.
