The role involves setting up test facilities and instrumentation, operating and troubleshooting products, analyzing test data, developing workarounds for defects, and supporting engineering and quality assurance teams. Candidates need an associate's degree plus one year or four years of HVAC-related experience, an EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License, and skills in brazing, piping, wiring, instrumentation, and mechanical testing.
