Description
GlobalFoundries is seeking an intern to analyze Hotwell designs, support test-site layout development, and create EDA automation solutions using ML/AI to improve design efficiency and test-structure reusability. The role includes analyzing design characteristics, developing test structures and test-site components, maintaining EDA code and test-chip databases, and promoting reusable layout concepts. It is a 16–24 week, credit-bearing internship starting in January 2027, requiring active enrollment in a relevant bachelor's or master's degree program and availability for at least 40 hours per week.
