GlobalFoundries is hiring a Testsite Design and Development Engineer to design and develop semiconductor test chips, test sites, and test structures; characterize emerging technologies; evaluate and release designs through design-to-mask readiness; execute electrical characterization; analyze silicon data; and recommend improvements to technology, models, design rules, and test sites. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, semiconductor IC or test-chip design experience, and knowledge of electrical characterization and semiconductor design and verification flows. A salary range of $98,000 to $176,000 is disclosed.
