NOLS is hiring a Teton Valley Winter Program Supervisor in Driggs, Idaho, for a 12–16 week seasonal full-time role beginning 07 December 2026. The supervisor will supervise field faculty, plan and lead terrain tours, provide risk-management and avalanche-hazard training, evaluate and mentor instructors, coordinate evacuations, support course logistics, and assist with other departments. The position pays $41,404–$44,000 USD annually and requires a clean driving record, strong communication and organizational skills, flexible availability, and effective supervisory ability; field work in other seasons is expected.
