The Textile Operator prepares bobbins, starts winding machines, responds to alarms and malfunctions, inspects and cleans equipment, handles defective bobbins and masterbatches, and coordinates interventions. The role requires textile and extrusion-machine knowledge, yarn numbering, tension adjustment, visual inspection, manual dexterity, safety compliance, teamwork, and organized work. Compensation includes meal vouchers, bicycle and mileage allowances, and shift premiums, with collective closures during Christmas and summer holidays.
