The employer is hiring a full-time Weaving Mill Operator to work in its Ardooie weaving mill, supplying high-quality woven fabrics for external sun-shading applications. The role involves operating dip and extrusion lines, setting up weaving machines, repairing warp and weft breaks, supplying raw materials, filling selvage bins, moving fabric carts, and performing quality checks. Candidates should have technical interest or production experience, be punctual and motivated, work independently and collaboratively, have an eye for quality and safety, not be color-blind, and have a good command of French; overhead-crane or forklift experience is advantageous.
