Description
The employer is hiring a 3-shift textile production operator to set up, operate, and monitor equipment; perform quality checks; resolve minor technical issues and moderate maintenance; and comply with quality and safety standards. The role requires an MBO qualification at level 2 or 3 or a comparable working and thinking level, practical production experience is advantageous, and the position is full-time with a temporary contract intended to convert to permanent. The gross monthly salary is €3,080 to €3,200, with a 32- to 40-hour weekly schedule, vacation, travel allowance, profit-sharing, and pension accrual.
