Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is hiring part-time and full-time Textiles Processors at its Caro store. The role involves receiving, processing, and pricing textiles according to company standards, meeting a production target of 85–100 pieces per hour, and providing customer service. Candidates must be able to lift and carry 35 pounds, reach, bend, or stoop, stand for six to eight hours, have reliable transportation, and solve problems efficiently. Pay is $15.00 per hour plus annual bonuses, with a 20% in-store discount. Full-time employees working 30 hours or more are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance; part-time employees are eligible for vision insurance.
