CarePros is hiring a full-time Therapeutic Foster Care Program Supervisor in Edmonton, Alberta, to oversee Family-Based and frontline service providers, manage TFC placements and programs, coach Child and Youth Care Workers, support scheduling and staffing, ensure safety and compliance, respond to crises, and improve care quality. The role requires at least three years of direct care and supervisory experience, post-secondary education in a relevant field, a valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license, vehicle and insurance requirements, and current intervention and criminal record checks. Compensation is $62,000–$67,000, with health, dental, vision, travel, training, and other benefits.
