Apple is hiring a Thin Film Transistor (TFT) Process Engineer to oversee unit-process and integration of TFT architectures from research and development through mass production for iPad and Mac displays. The role includes AI-assisted simulations and characterizations, failure analysis, virtual prototyping, process-device co-optimization, advanced modeling, and collaboration with display manufacturers and cross-functional teams. The minimum qualifications are a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant industry experience, with TFT industry experience and strong communication skills; a Ph.D. or an M.S. with four years of TFT experience is preferred.
