Description
The role is responsible for planning, designing, approving, and executing building services systems, particularly heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems. It includes preparation of tender documents, contract support, bid evaluation, on-site execution, schedule and quality control, and project management through handover. The position requires a building services engineering degree or comparable qualification, several years of TGA planning experience, specialist knowledge of heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems, MS Office proficiency, and basic CAD knowledge.
