KEM is hiring a permanent, full-time TGA Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer in Berlin-Westend to independently lead and manage technical systems projects across service phases 1–8. The role covers quality, deadlines, costs, planning progress, coordination of TGA trades and interfaces, and communication with clients, architects, project management, and specialist planners. Candidates should have a relevant engineering degree, several years of specialist TGA planning experience, project leadership experience, and knowledge of German planning and construction processes.
