Description
The Food and Beverage Server takes orders, prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and meals, handles guest issues, maintains outlet and equipment cleanliness, and communicates with hotel management and staff. The role requires at least one year of restaurant or food and beverage experience, the minimum legal age to serve alcohol, basic communication and math skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent; college, food safety training, alcohol awareness training, bilingual English/Spanish ability, and cost-control knowledge are preferred or advantageous. The position offers full-time benefits, $12 per hour base pay plus tips, a minimum cumulative pay of $16 per hour, banquet-event opportunities, employee recognition, and advancement opportunities.
