Arm is hiring a Principal Test Engineer – Security and Provisioning Expert to own secure provisioning flows for semiconductor manufacturing on ATE. The role covers eFuse/OTP programming, fuse readback and validation, secure debug control, device identity provisioning, lifecycle transitions, and production guardrails across wafer sort, final test, SLT, and high-volume manufacturing. It requires 10+ years of semiconductor manufacturing and ATE test experience, strong Advantest 93K and security provisioning expertise, and cross-functional collaboration with Design, DV, Security Architecture, Firmware, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing teams. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and a salary range of $249,900-$338,100 per year.
