Harkins Theatres is hiring a Team Leader to organize daily operations, coordinate breaks, train and lead theater team members across concessions, box office, guest services, and ushering, maintain clean and safe guest areas, provide performance feedback, assist with policy enforcement, and handle minor guest concerns. The role requires applicants to be at least 16, have at least three months of relevant guest-facing experience, communicate effectively in English, work independently or collaboratively, and be available during evenings, weekends, holidays, and summer months.
