Cinemark is hiring a Maintenance Employee to repair and maintain theatre property, equipment, and facilities during non-operating hours and occasionally during operating hours. The role includes fixing seats, walls, doors, restroom fixtures, flooring, minor plumbing and electrical work, office equipment, and other theatre assets; coordinating repairs with the General Manager; maintaining tools, supplies, and storage areas; inspecting the theatre before opening; and supporting cleaning, safety, and security tasks. The position requires flexible availability, regular attendance, reliable transportation, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work in limited spaces.
