Description

The Bath Clinic, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Theatre Practitioner to join their team. This bank role involves assisting the surgical team, supporting the Anaesthetist, providing post-operative care, adhering to infection prevention protocols, setting up operating theatres, checking equipment, and contributing to a collaborative theatre environment. The ideal candidate will have major Orthopaedic Scrub experience.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Major Orthopaedic Scrub experience.

Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, and respond quickly to changes in a dynamic environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to safe surgical practice.
