Description
UC Health is hiring a full-time Therapeutic Physicist for its Radiation Oncology department. The role is responsible for ensuring safe and accurate radiation therapy delivery, including linear accelerator quality assurance, initial plan checks, patient-specific QA, HDR and LDR brachytherapy planning and QA, and equipment calibration. Non-certified physicists work under the supervision of board-certified physicists. The posting requires a master's degree in Medical Physics or an ABR-approved field, 1–2 years of equivalent experience, and graduation from a CAMPEP-accredited residency within the last three years; a PhD and 5–10 years of equivalent experience are preferred. UC Health offers up to a $16,000 service bonus.
