The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavioral Health Therapeutic Aide, also titled Therapeutic Program Worker, for Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare in Northfield, Ohio. The role supports individuals with mental health and substance use disorders by participating in treatment-plan development, charting and documentation, organizing patient group activities, transporting patients to off-site appointments, and conducting appropriate interventions. It is an hourly position with variable as-needed hours, union coverage, and a pay range of #7 on the OCSEA Pay Range Schedule.
