The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities is hiring a Therapeutic Program Worker to provide direct care and support to residents with developmental disabilities. The role assists with daily living activities, promotes independence, implements recreational and therapeutic activities, supports planning and shopping, completes documentation, performs light housekeeping, and helps redirect unsafe behaviors. The position pays $22.60 per hour, requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with five or fewer points, and requires mandatory overtime.
