The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities is hiring Therapeutic Program Workers at the Warrensville Developmental Center. This direct-care role supports residents with developmental disabilities by helping them with daily living skills, personal care, activities, shopping, documentation, and safe behavior redirection. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with five or fewer points, and no prior experience; mandatory overtime is required, and applicants must pass urinalysis and a criminal background check. Starting pay is $23.28 per hour, with scheduled raises and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
