The Warrensville Developmental Center is accepting applications for Therapeutic Program Workers, direct-care staff who support residents with developmental disabilities by assisting with daily living, personal hygiene, communication, money management, social skills, treatment activities, documentation, light housekeeping, and redirecting unsafe behaviors. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with five or fewer points, and no prior experience; mandatory overtime is required, and applicants must pass urinalysis and criminal background checks. Starting pay is $23.28 per hour, with potential increases and shift differentials, plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
