The Department of Developmental Disabilities is hiring an intermittent Therapeutic Program Worker to provide direct care and support to residents with developmental disabilities at the Columbus Developmental Center. The role assists with daily living activities, treatment activities, planning, documentation, housekeeping, and redirecting unsafe behaviors, while supporting residents toward independence and their goals. No prior experience is required, but applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with five or fewer points, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a 24/7 environment.
