Description
Compass Pathways plc is hiring a field-based Therapeutic Sales Specialist covering Frisco, McKinney, and Sherman, Texas, to drive adoption and appropriate use of its COMP360 mental health therapy at certified treatment centers. The role manages territory strategy, develops relationships with psychiatrists and healthcare systems, provides compliant clinical and disease-state education, supports patient identification and access, helps treatment sites with onboarding and workflows, and collaborates with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations. A bachelor's degree and 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience are required; specialty therapeutics, psychiatry/CNS, reimbursement, site-of-care, payer processes, and novel therapy launch experience are preferred. The position is permanent, offers a $165,000–$195,000 annual base salary plus bonus, equity, and benefits, requires travel up to 70%, and does not offer employment visa sponsorship.
