Children’s Services of Roxbury is hiring a full-time In-Home Therapist to implement treatment-plan goals for children and families, advocate for behavioral-health resources, coordinate services with state and community agencies, participate in care-planning meetings, and complete documentation and data entry. The role provides culturally responsive, trauma-informed services and requires an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a human-services field, 1–2 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and transition-age youth, family or staff training experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
