The therapist leads interdisciplinary collaboration to provide direct social services and evidence-based therapy for patients in acute care settings, including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. The role involves individual, group, and family therapy, patient assessment, treatment planning, documentation, team coordination, ethical and regulatory compliance, and support for staff training and supervision.
